Ingredients:

* 250 gm Kabuli chana
* 3 Onions
* 3 Tomatoes
* Salt to taste
* 2 tbsp Ghee
* Coriander leaves
* Some Onion rings
* 1 tsp Chilli powder
* 1 tbsp Garam Masala
* 2 tbsp Cumin powder
* 1 tbsp Mango powder
* Some thin tomato slices

Method:

1. Soak kabuli chana in water overnight.
2. Boil kabuli chana until tender.
3. Grate the onions and puree the tomatoes.
4. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the grated onion.
5. Add the tomato puree, cumin powder and chilli powder, and fry with the onions.
6. Add the boiled chholey and salt, and bring to boil. Crush some of the chholey slightly.
7. Mix in the amchur powder and garam masala.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves, onion rings and tomato slices.

Tip: To avoid tomato paste going mouldy turn it upside down in the refrigerator after opening a jar.
