Preparation Time : approx 20 mins Cooking Time : 15 mins Serves / Makes : 6 person
Ingredients Bhendi (Lady`s finger) 500gm Green chilles 7/8 pieces Haldi 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp corainder leaves for garnishing.Rai (mustard )3 Tb spoon.(grind in paste with green chilles with little water.) salt to taste oil 3/4 Tbsp. Grated coconut
Method Cut lady`s finger (bhendi )keeping it on whole & giving it 1 to 2 slits on bhendi. keep aside. Take kadai ,put oil then put whole (akha) bhendi &fry it nicely till the raw smells comes out .Then put haldi ,green chilles cut in slits,salt &fry it nicely .When it is 3/4 cooked put mustard paste &grated fresh coconut.Cook it nicely till it is evenly coated on bhendi. Lastly put sugar &corainder leaves.cook it for a while.
