Preparation Time : 5 Min Cooking Time : 15 Min Serves / Makes : 4
Ingredients Capsicum 400gms Onion 3(sliced) Tomatoes(chopped) Jeera 1/2tsp Garam Masala pwdr 11/2tsp Ginger/Garlic paste 1/2tsp each Jeera pwdr 1/2tsp Amchur pwdr 1/2tsp Dhaniya pwdr 1/2tsp Chilli pwdr 11/2tsp Kitchen King pwdr 1/2tsp Kasoori Methi 1tsp Tomato Ketchup 6tbsp Salt to taste Oil 2tbsp
Method Heat oil in a pan. Fry the Onions till transculent.Add the ginger garlic pastes and fry for a minute. Add the tomatoes and fry. Add all the masala powders and fry for a minute. Then add the capsicum and fry, when half done add salt and tomato ketchup. Cover and cook for 5 minutes and serve hot with Parathas or Jeera Rice. (If you want the Capsicum to be a little crisp then add the salt and the ketchup a little earlier).
