Did you know that apart from hiding your ‘last seen’, you can also disable those cruel blue ticks? How? Read on...
1. Backup your chat history, pictures and videos on Google Drive. Android users can now backup their WhatsApp messages on Google Drive. Not only messages, people will be able to save all their media items as well – pictures, videos and voice notes. Till now, the privilege rested with iPhone users, whose WhatsApp history gets automatically saved on iCloud.
“Google Drive was an easy choice. It offers the native Android experience we want for our users and the scale to grow with us,” said Brian Acton, WhatsApp Co-founder.
The announcement was simultaneously made by WhatsApp and Google on their respective blogs. The feature will be rolled out on Android in the coming months.

3. Use your WhatsApp without using your phone number. Yes, that’s possibleAfter downloading WhatsApp, block the verification message by setting the mobile in flight mode. WhatsApp will then choose an alternative way for the verification, so choose the 'verify through message' option, type your email address and click on the 'send'. Once you do that, cancel the sending message option. By doing this, you have spoofed your number.

4. Here’s how you can send PDF files on WhatsAppThere is a major size restriction on WhatsApp due to which you cannot share PDFs and other heavy files. However, with WhatsTools, it is now possible to send up to 1GB of files. The app allows you to send heavy files and you can integrate with your Google drive.

6. How to write a long status on WhatsAppWhatsApp has a character limit on its status bar. However, you can write a long status with this hack. For that you will need, a PC, iTools (or iFunBox), and your iPhone. Open iTools. Wait for your device to pop up.Then click on Applications under its name. In the main panel, search for WhatsApp (search-bar at the top-right corner) and then click on browse. Out of the four folders, open the 'Documents' folder. In this, double-click on 'StatusMessages.plist'. There would be tags. Edit the text inside any one of them to your desired long message and save the file. Disconnect your phone and open WhatsApp. Select the long status you just edited. Go to The NEXT Page for More Pictures >>>
