Serves 3 Cooking time (approximately): 5 minutes
~Ingredients
1 can tuna, drained (tuna canned in water is preferable to tuna canned in oil) 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley ¼ cup chopped celery ½ cup mayonnaise ½ tsp lemon juice ¼ cup chopped onion ¼ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp ground black pepper Elaichi to taste
~Method
Toss the tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
Sprinkle elaichi before serving.
Note: This dish is a must try for tuna fans. Rich in Vitamin C and E, Tuna Salad is very good for growing kids.
