Title: Cucumber and Lentils Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup Moong daal
1" Ginger
1 tsp Salt
1 Lemon
1 Green Chilli
Coriander leaves
¼ tsp Black Pepper
½ Fresh Coconut (grated)
2 Cucumber, finely chopped

Method:
Soak moong daal for ond and a half hour.
Take a bowl. Put moong daal, chopped cucumber, chopped coriander, green chilli, ginger, lemon, coconut, salt and black pepper.
Mix it properly and serve.

Tip: Any salad tastes better and crisp if the vegetables have been soaked in chilled water for a while.
