Title: Chilled Fruity Yoghurt

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup - fresh curds, hung for 1 hour in muslin cloth
2 tbsp - milk
1/2 cup - pomengrate
1 - apple, peeled, chopped finely
1/2 cup - chopped green grapes
1/2 tsp - crushed cumin seeds
1 tbsp - powdered sugar
salt as per taste

Method:

Chill all the fruits.
In a salad bowl mix yoghurt and milk and blend it well.
Add sugar and mix it well.
Add all the mixed fruits.
And mix it well so all the fruits are coated with yoghurt.
Sprinkle crushed cumin seeds.
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Serve chilled.

Making Time: 20 minutes, excluding chilling time

Makes: 4-5 servings

Shelflife: 1 day
