Title: Bombay Punch

Ingredients:

1.2 litres Sherry
1.2 litres Brandy
150 ml Maraschino
4.5 litres Champagne
150 ml Orange Curacao
2.25 litres sparkling Mineral water


Method:
Pour the ingredients into a large punch bowl containing plenty of ice cubes and stir gently.
Decorate with fruits in season.
Keep the punch bowl packed with ice.

30-35 servings


Tip: Always use smaller sized ice cubes when making a cocktail. This creates a smoother taste by allowing a proper mix of water and alcohol, since they melt faster when the alcohol is poured over them.
