Title: Spicy Nuts (Appetizers - Vegetarian)

Ingredients:

* ½ tsp Chilli powder
* 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
* 2 tsps Garam Masala
* Salt acording to taste
* 150 gms raw Peanuts
* 150 gms raw Cashews
* 150 gms shelled Pistachios
* 160 gms blanched Almonds


Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan; cook the peanuts, stirring, until browned lightly; drain on absorbent paper.
2. Repeat process with remaining nuts.
3. Cook spices in same pan, stirring, until fragrant. Combine spices with nuts and salt in a large bowl; cool.



Tip: Add a pinch of salt to the oil while frying pakodas or koftas and you will use up less oil.
