If you have ever wondered how massive boats and even oil rigs are transported then this is the answer you have been looking for, and it comes in the form of an absolutely massive vessel called a heavy-lift.



They are used when conventional ships cannot handle the weight of larger loads.

Pictured here is the Blue Marlin. Capable of lifting other ships out of the water and transporting them, this ship is semi-submerged.
