You’ll love the blue cheese flavor in the butter that tops these grilled chicken breasts.

Chicken Breasts with Blue Cheese Butter

Chicken Ingredients:
2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
6 (5-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Blue Cheese Butter Ingredients:
2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves*

1. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Stir together butter and garlic powder. Place chicken breasts onto grill; brush with butter mixture. Grill, turning and brushing occasionally with butter mixture, until chicken is no longer pink (10 to 13 minutes).
2. Meanwhile, combine all blue cheese butter ingredients in small bowl; mix well.
3. To serve, top each grilled chicken breast with about 2 teaspoons blue cheese butter.

Makes 6 servings.

*Substitute 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves.

TIP: Leftover chicken is delicious sliced and added to favorite salad greens the next day.
