Upma:
Ingredients are: Mote suji -------- 1 cup Channa dal ------- little bit Sabut red chilly -------- 2 or 3 Sarso ------- little bit Curry patta ------- 9-10 (leaves) Onion ------- 1 or 2 Oil (any u like) ------ 1 big spoon Water ------- 2 cups.
Method:
Put some oil in a pan. Add sabut red chilli , sarso & channa dal in it. After few seconds add onion (chopped) in it. When they become golden brown in colour add curry patta & roast for some time. Then put 2cup of water in it & add salt according to ur taste. After the water boiled put that 1 cup of suji in that mixture. Boil on slow heat. When there is no water & u feel suji is boil properly turn off the gas. Serve it.
