Ingredients:

* 2 tsp Salt
* 1 tsp Sugar
* 1 tsp Mustard
* ¼ cup Mayonnaise
* 500 gm minced Meat
* 2 tbsp chopped Onions
* 1 tbsp chopped Parsley
* 750 gm medium Mushrooms

Method:

1. Combine and mix ingredients well, except mushrooms.
2. Wash mushrooms thoroughly and remove stems.
3. Shape mixture into small balls and place in mushroom cap.
4. Broil about 2 inches from heat or in oven 10-15 minutes.
