Ingredients:
* 2 cups Milk
* 6 tbsp Flour
* 5 tbsp Butter
* 1 ¼ tsp Salt
* 1 ½ tsp Sugar
* 1 tsp Lemon juice
* 3 tsp Curry powder
* 1 cup Chicken broth
* ½ cup Onion, minced
* ½ tsp Ginger, powdered
* 4 cups cleaned, cooked Shrimp
Method:
1. Melt butter in a double boiler. Add onion. Simmer until tender.
2. Stir in flour and other dry ingredients. Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk. Cook over boiling water, stirring until thickened.
3. Add shrimp and lemon juice. Heat to serving temperature. Don't heat too long or shirmp will over-cook.
4. Serve over fluffy rice.
