what we can do to take precautions

* call ur home or friends or ur boss if ur returning late in night

* always travel in the main roads which are brightly lit

* never ever give drops to strangers in night

* dont stop/park ur vehicle in deserted/dark roads

* tell ur family to get back to home before 9pm

* dont pull over ur vehicle for a smoke/tea. most of the small shops who sell cigarett,ghutka,tea in the night are
surrounded by drunkers and robberes

* if u r traveling in a deserted road and if u spot a group of men at the end of the road,
then stop ur vehicle and take a different road

* dont wear gold chain,ring etc if u know that u r returning home late in night

* never underestimate anyone.... in a recent murder of one bhupati kumar in rammurthy nagar by a group of 4 people,
which included a 15 year old boy!

* dont send ur family(women) or friends(women) alone  either in city taxi or auto

* and for all the women, dont u ever travel alone in night, if its really necessary...take the help of ur friends or family(males)

*  police will not give a FIR for the chain snatching and mobile+cash robbery.police wont help u for these incidents.
so always be very very carefull and always protect urself

* please educate ur family/friends about wild spreading robberies

what to do in case of attacks

* dont resist the robbers, try to save ur life in the first place.
u can purchase a new mobile, not ur life!

* dont get in to any talks with them

* most of the times the robbers threaten u with a knief....try to be calm


what to do after attack

* generally the victims of the robbery will loose the confidence and feel good factor.
try to distract their minds in to some usefull activities like hitting gym,yoga,gardening,playing with pets, playing games

* spend most of the time with family and friends

* never get in to depressions( specially women)

* try to get the courage and confidence to fight against evil

* if possible take 2/3 days off from ur work and goto some other city or place

Crime,armed robbery,theft,burglary,murder,kidnapping,rape,acid attack are like cancer and aids of our society.There is no cure for it.
So we have to be always smart enough to protect ourself and our dependents
