Preparation Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serves / Makes : 2

Ingredients
Whole Wheat1 cup
Dry Fruits (except raisins)
Cashew Nuts 6
Almonds 6
Pistachios 6
Walnuts 6 pieces
Salt to taste
Oil
Water

Method
Knead the dough adding a pinch of salt and oil(medium) and keep aside covered.

On a tava slightly warm all the dry fruits. Blend them together to make a powder. (This powder can be stored for emergency preparations)
Roll out the dough into a small 1.5 inch diameter circle. Add the dry fruits powder into the centre and close the circle edges with your hands. Roll out into a desired size paratha. Put in on the tava. Use oil when both sides are slightly done. (Preferably make these parathas on low/medium flame)

Comments & Tips
This is excellent for children. They not only get the goodness of dry fruits as well as feel nice when givn something different from the regular parathas.
