Sometimes you meet someone,
And feel will be a lifelong friend.
I felt the same when I met you,
And got a new hope ever since
I don't know what you feel for me,
And if you ever spared a thought.
I want to know if you have faith in
And ever wanted me a little closer.
But I have got this firm new feel,
It’s stronger than every roar
There’s lot more that's there for us,
Then this earth and the sunlit abode.
The paths however are not smooth enough,
Not flowered to welcome us
We need to know to go ahead,
That we have to bear an easy load.
I pray for strength and fortitude,
To climb this rock-strewn road
With you by my side, I can prove the world,
That I can do much more.
The confidence I feel you have in me,
Makes me scale the hardest peaks alone
And now I know that I can transform,
Every stumbling block into a stepping
Stone.
I have new hopes now with me,
And dreams to cling on to
Because I know I am not alone,
