People suffering from depression and anxiety find it extremely hard to reach out for help, which is the first step towards their recovery. They would ideally need to enlist the support of family members, friends or a health professional. This wonderful cartoon by artist Colleen Butters, demonstrates the importance of taking that first step in reaching out for help.
