Preparation Time : 10 minutes. Serves : 6.
Ingredients
1 1/2 tea cups - thick fresh curds 2 tablespoons - fresh cream 1 teaspoon - mustard powder 1 teaspoon - cumin seeds 3 tablespoons - grapes 1 - cucumber, chopped 2 - apples, chopped 1 - banana, sliced 2 teaspoons - sugar salt to taste
Methods
Mix the curds, cream, mustard powder, cumin seeds, sugar and salt. Chill for 1/2 hour. Add the fruits and cucumber and mix well. It will be sweet, sour and slightly pungent. Serve cold.
