This isn’t something that I probably need to explain to anyone who clicked on the above headline, but here it goes: Model Miranda Kerr was recently the subject of a Self magazine photo shoot. Self has generously released a behind-the-scenes video of the shoot featuring an interview with Kerr, as well as footage of her jumping up and down in exercise gear.

During the interview, Kerr explains that the jumping is her method of boosting energy levels when tired, and on video it takes on a special added dimension that you have to see to appreciate.
