Ingredients:

2 cup Flour
4 Eggs
½ tsp Salt
2 cup Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Vegetable Oil
2 tsp Baking powder
2 cup Pumpkin, cooked

Method:

Combine eggs, sugar, vegetable oil.
Now add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and pumpkin.
Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Tip: Crisp cookies should be stored with a loose-fitting cover while soft cookies need a tight-fitting lid.
