 Crabs – ½ KgOnions – 3
 Green Chillies – 4
 Tomatoes – 2
 Chilli Powder – 2 table spoons
 Turmeric – 1/4th spoon
 Garam Masala – ½ spoon
 Dhania Powder – 1 spoon
 Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Spoon
 Oil - 3 Spoons
 Salt to taste
 
 1. Clean the crabs and wash them well with salt. Add Salt, turmeric powder, chillipowder and leave it for 5 mins.
 2. Fry Green chillies and onions in the oil till brown. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for two mins. Add tomatoes and fry till soft.
 3. Add crabs, mix well and keep the lid and let it cook for 5 min. Keep stirring in between so that it will not stick to the pan.
 4. Add 4 cups of water and let it boil for 10 to 15 mins in medium flame. Add dhania powder and garam masala and cook for another two three mins till the gravy thickens.
 5. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
