Mix the chopped fruits and the pineapple juice in a serving bowl and refrigerate. 2. Serve chilled. Tips: 1. A puree of fruits like green melons, watermelons, papayas and apples can be used instead of pineapple juice. 2. Get creative: Add ingredients like chaat masala, amchur (dry mango powder) or chopped mint (phudina) leaves to add zest to the fruit bowl.
