Ingredients:

1 Tin Condensed Milk
½ kg Paneer
1 Silver leaf
3-4 Cardamom, powdered
2 tbsp full Cream Milk powder

Method:

Mash paneer coarsely and add milk powder to it.
Add condensed milk and mix. Heat the mixture in a thick-bottomed pan.
Cook on medium heat with constant stirring till the mixture becomes thick.
Remove from the fire and spread onto a greased plate.
Sprinkle cardamom powder.
Top with silver leaf. Cool and cut into squares.

Tip:
To keep sweets especially Burfis as fresh as ever: Store then in a stainless Steel airtight container and put a wet muslin cloth over them.
