Title: Fried Chicken Wings (Non Vegetarian)

Ingredients:

* 1 cup Oil
* ½ tsp Salt
* ½ cup Flour
* 1 tbsp Water
* ½ tsp Tumeric
* 1 tsp Lemon juice
* 1½ tsp minced Garlic
* 10-12 Chicken wings
* 1½ tsp minced Ginger

Method:

1. Remove wing tips. Cut each wing in half at the joint.
2. In a mixing bowl combine the wings and other ingredients except the oil. Mix, cover and refrigerate 3 hrs.
3. In a large, deep pan heat the oil, add wings and fry until golden brown on both sides- 12 min total.
