Ingredients: * 1 cup Grapefruit juice * 1 cup granulated Sugar * 2 pints Strawberries, rinsed and hulled Method: 1. Process strawberries, sugar and ¼ cup of the grapefruit juice in a food processor or blender until smooth. 2. Pour into a medium-size bowl. Stir in remaining grapefruit juice until blended. 3. Serve chilled. Tip: Take 2-3 healthy strawberries. Make incisions vertically from tip to base, to form slices. But do not cut fully. Stop just below the base. Now press sideways gently, to form a fan shaped strawberry. Use as topping decor for icecreams, puddings, etc. |
