Title: Mushroom Soup

Preparation Time : 10min
Cooking Time : 20min
Serves / Makes : 4.

Ingredients
1 cup mushroom
2 tomatoes
1 cup tomatopuree
3 capsicums, finely cut
1 cup pumpkin pieces
4 garlic paste
1/2 giner paste
1 tsp oregano
3 green chilliepaste
1 cup water
1 tsp oil
1/2tsp black pepper powder
salt to taste.

Method
Heat the oil. add onion till soft add ginger garlic chillies paste and saute for 2min.add mushroom, pumpkin pieces, capsicum and fry for 7 to 8min. in a vessel put all the fried mixture add
tomato, tomato puree, salt,oregano,black pepper powder and water. pressure cook till vegetable are tender. serve hot.


this soup will be good in taste and as well as low calories.
