Title: Hot and Sour Green Vegetable Soup

Preparation Time : 7 minutes.
Cooking Time : 6 minutes.
Serves / Makes : 6.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons (mixed) coriander leaves
2 minced green chillies
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup beans, shredded
/4 cup capsicum, shredded
¼ tsp aji-no-moto
6 cups water
1 tsp black pepper
2 tablespoons soya sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
salt to taste
4 tablespoons cornflour

Method
1. Heat oil, add minced coriander, chilly paste and fry for half a minute. add all the green vegetables aji-no-moto and black pepper. Fry for two minutes.
2. Add 6 cups of water , soya sauce ,vinegar and salt to taste. Bring to boil.
3. Melt the cornflour in a little water and add the boiling soup---stir constantly for few minutes. Garnish with carrot curls.
