Ingredients:

6 slices Pomfret Fish
1 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
4 cups Water
1 tsp Soya sauce
2 tsp minced Garlic
½ cup shredded Cabbage
½ tsp Black Pepper powder


Method:
Put all the ingredients in a vessel and bring to boil.
Simmer for about 8-10 mins or more. Make sure fish is cooked.
Serve hot.

Tip: Scale a fish easily by rubbing vinegar over its skin.
