1 Lemon Ice cubes Sprigs of Mint Sugar, to taste 1 large Pineapple 4 Passion fruit (optional) Method: Put the pineapple through the juicer. Add the juice of a lemon and pour into a jug of ice. Stir in the flesh and seeds of 3 passionfruit and top with the remainder. Depending in the sweetness and ripeness of the pineapple add sugar. Garnish with mint. Tip: Always use natural fruit juices.
