Title: Disable default-hidden shares

How to disable default-hidden shares :

For W2K Server /Windows Server 2003 :

1. Open windows Registry.
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanManServer\Parameters
3. Edit the 'AutoShareServer' and Set it to 0 [zero] Data Type: REG_DWORD
4. If you can't find the value in the registry under the exact location plz creat it.
5. Reboot the System.

For W2K Pro/XP Pro :


1. Open windows Registry.
