To disable WFP, start Regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Add/modify the "SFCDisable" DWORD [REG_DWORD] Binary entry to read FFFFFF9D.
Reboot when done.

To (re)enable WFP modify "SFCDisable" to read 0."
