Most of us don’t take dehydration very seriously and don’t know that it can be the cause of many health issues. Even if you are spending an hour outside in this extremely hot weather it can still leave you dripping and if you are not keeping your body hydrated enough in this weather and not replacing what you have lost then you might be setting yourself up for trouble. Here are five weird signs that you might not know but are the obvious signs of dehydration.

1. Not sweating enough?

For people who sweat a lot, not sweating enough is the sign of extreme dehydration. Your body might be at risk if your are not sweating enough because that is the point when your body's regulating system stops working. Not only you will you stop sweating, but will be at risk for over-heating as well, as the heat stays trapped inside the body and core temperatures rises which is also known as heat stroke.
