This energy filled shake is a great way to start your day. If you are hungry and not in a mood to cook, you will get all the nutrients, if you have one serving of this revitalizer.

Cooking Time : 5 mins.
Preparation Time : 15 mins.

Serves 1.

Ingredients

¼ cup dates (khajur), deseeded
1 tablespoon honey
½ banana
1 cup milk
4 to 6 ice-cubes

Method

1. Heat the milk and soak the dates in it for 10 to 15 minutes till they soften and the milk is cold.

2. Combine the soaked dates, milk, banana and honey with ice cubes and blend in a liquidiser.

3. Serve immediately.
