Nicole's Frozen Face



You might have to think twice about this one before you realize what A-lister is pictured here. She looks drastically different -- and not only because she learned how to smooth that curly red mane. Yes, it's Nicole Kidman. Sure, her current look could be credited to the gradual loss of baby fat, but Kidman herself admitted that she had a Botox habit for a few years there.

We're glad she gave it up, because she looks better when she can smile. Nicole Kidman is known for her frozen Botox face, plus she got cheek injections.

Madonna has one of the best facelifts in Hollywood. Look at it! Her face never ages! Plus, she had her cheeks plumped up with fat grafting. Ew.
