Maybe I'll get snacks or a coffee, and think about another story idea, and then finally come back to this one.

1. Put that phone away
Mostly, your phone is to blame for this. How many times have you ignored your friends, family, and acquaintances while you were busy scrolling? You want to tweet, Instagram, check Facebook and take selfies, all at the same time. If you want to get some work done, don’t look at your phone for some time. Put it away, to where it isn’t easily accessible.
