Moods
When you're in an aspiring mood your levels of productivity are naturally high. When you're riled about something or at odds with someone you tend to work off the angst by devoting yourself to work and your productivity levels tend to go up almost automatically as it were. In fact even when you're in a war like mood your productivity remains unaffected.
