Instagram and reality are two very separate things. What goes on Instagram is only the very best photos of people, their lives and their belongings, so you don’t always get the full picture.

The same can be said for exercise on Instagram. What you see with hashtags such as #gym #lifting #postworkoutmeal is far from the truth. This is Instagram Vs. Real Life.
