You can do this by solving Sudoku puzzles, crosswords or playing chess because studies claim that these can improve ADD symptoms such as poor concentration because it stimulates the creation of new brain cells.

10. Be strict about deadlines



Deadlines are not harsh - in fact, they get things done. Therefore, set a time limit with your work and take it seriously. Try finishing off the work in that time frame to make way for the rest of your chores.

11. Consider getting therapy



Therapy would help you focus on self-image, and will curb negative thinking. It will also help you understand where you’re going wrong and apply cognitive thinking to daily life situations. ADD can get out of hand, so getting psychological help will be beneficial.
